Daily wellbeing practices
For the next two weeks, I’m taking two weeks off, so I will do my best to remain offline.
In the meantime, here are a series of daily wellbeing practices:
Go for a 30-minute walk without your phone.
Meditate for 5 minutes by looking at a burning candle.
Do ten harmonised breaths (Inhale for eight seconds, exhale for eight seconds).
Do ten breath waves (Inhale for six seconds, hold your breath for 5 seconds, exhale for nine seconds).
Do ten asymmetrical breaths (Inhale for six seconds, exhale for nine seconds).
Engage in ten minutes of journaling. Simply write down whatever comes into your mind.
30 minutes of uninterrupted reading. Fiction or none fiction makes no difference.
Don't check your phone until one hour after you have woken up. Wait three hours until your read the news.
Turn off all digital devices one hour before bed. No news after three hours before bed.
Engage in a daily chakra cleanse.
Ten minutes of stretching. Find a video on YouTube.
Tune into your intuition.
Embrace difficult conversations and decisions.
Pull a tarot card. Reflect on what shows up and how it fits in your life.
Get eight hours of sleep. Sleep is the best healer.
