Meditation is the practice we use to build a bridge to our inner calm and connection with divine guidance.
Through the breath and visualisation, we open a line of communication with our inner self. By strengthening our inner self in this way, we make it easier to stay calm during challenging situations, make better decisions for ourselves, and remain open to receiving divine guidance.
At every moment in life, we carry the breath with us. By placing our attention on the breath, we can, over time, make it our best friend and anchor, keeping us present and aware inside and outside of meditation.
Visualisation helps us develop a language to understand the guidance we receive from Spirit.
This short practice will help you become more consciously connected to your breath and begin to build a stronger connection with your inner guidance through visualisation.
Ensure you are in a space where you won’t be disturbed, and find a comfortable position you can hold for 10 minutes. This practice is suitable for all levels and is designed to dissolve energetic blocks, restore balance, and create space for inner transformation. It also aims to cultivate inner calm and strengthen your connection to divine guidance.
