I don’t know about all of you, but my energy over the last few weeks has been fairly lethargic and uninspired. Interestingly, this fits with the messages I have received from Spirit: the energies in the ethers have been heavy over the last few weeks.
For us sensitives, this is not good news as it will effect us more than other people. During this time, we must double down on looking after our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being to take responsibility for showing up at our best.
We must listen to the messages of our bodies and intuition. When we feel exhausted, don’t push through. Give yourself space to rest and recover so that you can show up at your best.
I realise this is hard in a world which demands us always to be productive and take on more work, but in the end, your health is not worth it.
Interestingly, I have found that if we look after our spiritual health, we will be less affected, although sometimes, it is so heavy that not even that makes a difference.
You can look after your spiritual health by meditating, using crystals and being mindful of the people you spend time with and the content you consume.
Starting a new project
In last week’s Monday post, I wrote that the guides spoke about releasing and letting go. For this upcoming week, the guides say that you will find that the energies around you are flowing much more easily than recently if you spent last week releasing and letting go.
Everything will seem more joyful, lighter and easeful.
This is the time to start pouring more energy into your projects and ideas again.
Journaling prompts for starting a new project
When was the last time you made a courageous decision?
Imagine you are the last person on Earth, and you are able to make one wish. What would you wish for?
What are your core values?
Do you believe in the concept of a life purpose? Why, or why not? If you have a life purpose, what is it?
What are your three biggest priorities at the moment?
If you didn't spend last week releasing and letting go, there is always time. Begin to allow what needs to be in the past to be firmly in the past so that you can be here in the present moment.
Journaling prompts for releasing and letting go
What does “letting go” mean to me? The words “letting go” make me think… and make me feel…
What makes me feel safe?
What would I gain by letting go? How would it make me feel?
What three long-term things can I do to move on from this and heal?
Why do I choose to dwell on things I can’t control or change? Where does this come from?
Write about a tough situation you’ve overcome.
