Guided Energy Healing Soundscape for Calm
Moving forward, I am going to be placing much more focus on creating energy-healing soundscapes and meditations for you to use in your own time.
I am deciding to do so because I firmly believe that the greatest amount of personal and spiritual growth you will experience comes through meditation and moments of self-reflection with occasional sharing of guidance from myself (and others you might be listening to).
All of the information you need on the subject of how to live your life already exists within yourself. You need to create space in your day to allow this information to come to the surface.
You create this space by being guided through meditative experiences and sitting down with yourself and your notebook and start reflecting. Iād say anywhere between five to twenty minutes consistently is sufficient.
After listening to this soundscape, ask yourself:
What is causing me to stay away from moments of stillness? What am I so afraid of? And why?
