Absorb the vibrant energy of the sun
Every week, I post a collective spirit from guides on Instagram. I hope the message will inspire you to take action or perhaps even prioritise rest if that is what the guides suggest.
Not everyone will resonate with these messages as they are general. However, I wish many of you do.
For this upcoming week, the guides said:
With it being a new month and it is summer, harness the warmth and energy of the sun to push the boundaries of what you can achieve.
There is a positive and confident energy in the air.
Use that to bring yourself forward, to truly stand in your power and make the right choices for you.
I sense that the essential essence of the message above is to stand in your power, which means honouring your boundaries, taking responsibility and accountability for your life, living your purpose and radically listening to your intuition.
So many of us give away our power to our parents, friends, social expectations and even people like myself who guide people on their journey.
There is, of course, nothing wrong with asking for advice and guidance. Simultaneously, you must strengthen your spiritual core to eventually make the best decisions for you, primarily by yourself.
You must connect with your internal guidance system, avoid entering a victim mindset, and start making decisions. Start making small decisions and grow your confidence over time. Eventually, you will be standing firm in your power.
Most of the time, it begins with saying no.
Yes, there will always be a risk, particularly when you make big decisions, but it is also essential to know that you have the strength to deal with the consequences, and if everything goes pear-shaped, you just have to ask for help. There is no shame or guilt in that.
As it also says above, July is a great month to start taking action, as there is a positive and confident energy in the air. As you begin to make decisions, you may even want to visualise the sun around you and use that as a force to spur you forward to try out something entirely new.
I believe in discipline and routine - I know that doesn’t work for everyone, but I still think it is a healthy approach to life. On the other hand, we also need some spontaneity and novelty. So try to bring both elements into your life.
Journaling prompt
Journaling is a great way to begin with a practice of inwardness.
What am I assuming which is stopping me from standing in my power?
